We do not have set daily hours and are open for pre-order pickup only!  Delivery is also available on Saturdays!

You are able to order from our large assortment of desserts located here on this website. Orders are taken through the website only!

Custom cakes (including wedding cakes) or other goodies are unavailable for ordering, but we hope one of the various treats offered on the website will be perfect for your celebration! Cakes may be customized such as color selection, phrases written on the top of the cake, or any small changes you may wish! Adjustments must be noted in the "Order Special Instructions" box located on the cart screen, after adding the product to your cart.

Pixie Dust currently does not offer allergy friendly desserts or dye free. If you have any questions about ingredients used, please contact us! 

Once orders are picked up, Pixie Dust is not liable for any damages that happen to desserts. Cakes and cupcakes should be left in a cool place and out of direct sunlight. Please take caution while transporting your desserts - place in a secure / flat area. 

All orders require a 4 days notice, and you can order up to 60 days out. You may select your pickup date on the cart screen. If the date is unavailable, that means we are booked. Baked goods can be left in the fridge for 2 days for guaranteed freshness, so keep that in mind if your desired pick up date is unavailable.

Orders canceled within 48 hours will receive a full refund, however no refund will be administered less than 48 hours from the date of pickup. In special situations such as weather or family  matters, a 50% refund will be administered if order is cancelled in less that 48 hours.

Due to the high demand at the bakery around holidays, those dates may be blocked off.
