Store Policy and Important Information

 Pixie Dust Delights is a bakeshop located in Dalton, Ga! You are able to order from our large assortment of desserts located here on this website. Orders are taken through the website only!

Custom cakes or other goodies are unavailable for ordering, but we hope one of the various treats offered on the website will be perfect for your celebration! Cakes may be customized such as color selection or phrases written on the top of the cake.

We do not have set storefront hours and are open for pre- orders only! You are able to have your order picked up from the bakeshop located at 1870 Boyles Mill Rd Dalton, GA 30721, or we also offer delivery! The delivery option can be applied at checkout for a small fee. 

 

Pixie Dust currently does not offer allergy friendly desserts. If you have any questions about ingredients used, please contact us! 

 

Once orders are picked up, Pixie Dust is not reliable for any damages that happen to desserts. 

 

All orders require a 5 days notice, and you can order up to 60 days out. You may select your pickup date on the cart screen. If the date is unavailable, that means we are booked. Baked goods can be left in the fridge for 2 days for guaranteed freshness, so keep that in mind if your desired pick up date is unavailable. Orders canceled within 48 hours will receive a full refund, however no refund will be administered less than 48 hours from the date of pickup. In special situations such as weather or family  matters, a 50% refund will be administered if order is cancelled in less that 48 hours.

Due to the high demand at the bakery around holidays, those dates will be blocked off. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out!
